Job Description

Industry: Healthcare / Veterinary Services

Functional Area: Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Audit

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Work Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM OR 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Compensation: 35,000 – 45,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of business accounting and compliance. The role will involve handling end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, vendor reconciliations, and petty cash.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance.
Ensure timely filing of returns and maintain statutory registers.
Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and related compliance filings.
Generate MIS reports to support management decision-making.
Monitor budget utilization, control costs, and assist in financial planning.
Coordinate with external auditors during statutory and internal audits.
Work closely with management on financial strategy, risk assessment, and operational efficiency.

Requirement-

* Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce

* CA Inter / CMA Inter certification is a plus.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in business accounting

* strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.

* Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / QuickBooks.
