Role Summary: The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, particularly in the field of noise control and acoustic solutions. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, team leadership skills, and proven experience managing large-scale engineering projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Manage multiple ongoing projects across various geographies, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, installation, and client service departments. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction. Identify potential risks, implement mitigation plans, and resolve project issues promptly. Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards across all phases of the project lifecycle. Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular project status reports to senior management. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Engineering in Civil Masters degree preferred. 14 to 20 years of hands-on project management experience in engineering or industrial domains. Strong understanding of acoustic systems, noise control engineering, or related project areas is an advantage. PMP or similar project management certification is preferred. Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management and design tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across India.
