Senior Design Engineer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities ESTIMATION & DRAWING for Fabrication Major design work to the conceptualized & designed on solid works. Receive, assess, and analyze all customer/visit inputs before proceeding with design, GA Dwg Customer enquiry/ Drawing & finalize. Provide all basic details, BOM for BOQ & estimation, before sending Techno commercial offers. Verify and approve concept drawing (using AutoCAD & Solid Works), layout, and 3D as per enquiry, data or requirement & get Directors & client approval Verify and approve Site visit for assessment & recommended Inputs to finalize Design & Dwg. Make BOQ, Purchasing, hardware schedule & specifications as per approved drawing, after customer orders. Estimation for bending sheet profile layout, CNC programs for Shearing, punching, bending, etc for Fabrication & subsequently for installation. Include glass profile after getting measurement at site & make appropriate drawing / layout. Visits to shop floor during actual fabrication to ensure compliance of objective & work instructions. Quality control, assurance & documentations for design department will be designed, maintained & controlled from the initial stage of Design/Dwg. approvals till Final Inspection for submission to management report Preferred candidate profile 5 to 10 years of experience as an Design Engineer
