Job Description: Head of Engineering Role Overview: The Head of Engineering will lead and oversee all engineering functions within the company, ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-quality, and sustainable solutions. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong technical background and the ability to drive engineering excellence aligned with company's mission and goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with the company's objectives and market demands. Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. Work closely with other departments, including sustainability, digital technology, and business development, to ensure cohesive project execution. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into engineering practices. Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure the highest standards in engineering outputs. Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide technical insights, and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical) Minimum of 12 to 15 years in engineering roles with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Demonstrated ability to lead diverse engineering teams and manage complex projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to various stakeholders. Salary Offered: 25 LPA to 30 LPA
