Key Responsibilities

· Handle end-to-end company accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

· Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

· Prepare and maintain financial records, vouchers, and invoices.

· Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and petty cash management.

· Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

· Support statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other regulatory requirements.

· Prepare reports for management review and support audits as required.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for financial documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.

· 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setup.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.

· Proficiency in Tally ERP / Accounting software and MS Excel.

· Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
