Account Receivable Executive

As a Collections Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing collection processes and reducing delinquency rates. Your responsibilities will include preparing and submitting timely reports on collection activities and outstanding balances. You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in the Hindi language. Your strong customer service and problem-solving abilities should always be focused on ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, exceptional organizational and time-management skills will be key to effectively prioritizing tasks. Proficiency in Excel and other financial software is required for this role. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable. Prior experience in effective communication in Hindi is mandatory. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. You must be located in or willing to relocate to Erode, Tamil Nadu. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and prior experience in business development for at least 2 years is advantageous. Fluency in Hindi is a must for this role, and the work will be conducted in person.,
