Job Summary

EZ MEDBILL Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and experienced AR Executive to manage Accounts Receivable (AR) for US-based medical billing and coding projects. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in US healthcare revenue cycle management and be comfortable working in night shifts aligned with US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims with US insurance payers
• Analyze EOBs/ERAs to identify denial reasons and take corrective actions
• Work on claim rejections, denials, and appeals as per payer guidelines
• Ensure timely AR follow-ups to improve cash flow and reduce AR days
• Coordinate with billing and coding teams to resolve claim issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of payer communications
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets
• Stay updated with US insurance policies and payer rules

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in US Medical Billing AR
• Strong knowledge of US insurance payers (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
• Hands-on experience with claim follow-ups, denials, and appeals
• Familiarity with EOBs, CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding basics
• Experience with US billing software/EHR systems (eCW, Kareo, etc. – preferred)
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Eligibility Criteria

• Willing to work night shifts (US time zones)
• Saturday & Sunday fixed off
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
