Job Description

Accounts Payable manager (AM / LAM)

Location

Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices, verify approvals, and execute accurate and timely payments.
Perform regular
vendor reconciliations
, resolve discrepancies, and maintain updated vendor records.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and handle vendor queries.
Support monthly closing activities and prepare AP reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements:

3-8 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience.
Strong knowledge of payment cycles, bank interfaces, and vendor reconciliation.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong communication skills.
