Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Kota. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to grow revenue, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role entails coordinating with internal teams to deliver services aligned with customer expectations, monitoring account budgets, and preparing reports on account status and performance.

• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
• Ability to develop strategies and identify opportunities for account growth
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts effectively
