Job Description

Job Title:

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of proven experience in the US staffing industry, with at least 35 years in account management, business development, and client delivery.
Technically sound with the ability to understand complex job descriptions and guide the team for effective delivery.
Experience managing operations in a high-volume environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Proficient in ATS tools (Ceipal preferred), VMS portals, and Excel-based reporting.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day client communication and account management, including team oversight and delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand technical requirements in depth and work closely with clients and the team to ensure timely delivery.
Drive performance metrics, including submittals, interviews, offers, and closures.
Coordinate with recruitment teams to align sourcing strategies with client expectations.
Lead and manage a team to ensure timely fulfillment of client needs.
Attend client review calls, address escalations, and implement corrective actions.
Identify opportunities for account growth and participate in client expansion initiatives.
Ensure adherence to compliance, SLAs, and reporting requirements.
