✅ Knowledge Areas:

1. ITR (Income Tax Return) Filing & Compliance:

✓ Knowledge of individual, firm, and company ITR forms (ITR-1 to ITR-7).

✓ Awareness of due dates, penalties, TDS filing, Form 16, 26AS reconciliation.

✓ Handling of income tax portal and e-verification processes.

2. FSSAI Registration & Licensing:

✓ Clear understanding of Basic, State, and Central FSSAI licenses.

✓ Knowledge of required documents, validity, and renewal procedures.

✓ Awareness of labeling guidelines, hygiene ratings, and compliance audits.

3. GST Registration & Compliance:

✓ Complete knowledge of GST registration process.

✓ Filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C.

✓ Understanding of ITC (Input Tax Credit) rules, e-invoicing, and reconciliation.

✓ Handling GST notices and departmental queries.

4. MSME (Udyam) Registration:

✓ Process of Udyam Registration for micro, small, and medium enterprises.

✓ Knowledge of benefits like subsidies, credit schemes, and priority lending.

✓ Awareness of annual updation and reporting requirements.

5. Compliance Management:

✓ Ability to track compliance calendars for ITR, GST, FSSAI, MSME.

✓ Drafting and maintaining documentation for audits.

✓ Responding to government notices and queries.

Working knowledge of Government Portals:

✓ Income Tax Portal (ITR filing)

✓ GSTN Portal (gst.gov.in)

✓ FSSAI Portal (foscos.fssai.gov.in)

✓ MSME/Udyam Portal

✓ Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF tools).

✓ Ability to use DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) and OTP-based verification.

✅ Soft Skills: Accuracy & Attention to Detail – No scope for errors in compliance.

Time Management – Meeting strict statutory deadlines.

Communication Skills – Ability to interact with clients & government officials.

Problem-Solving – Handling compliance notices calmly and effectively.

Confidentiality & Ethics – Handling sensitive financial data responsibly.

✅ Experience: Minimum 1 years experience in taxation, compliance.

Experience in handling multiple client accounts preferred.
