Role & responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable. Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliation statements. Handle Payroll processing Oversee vendor payments and bank reconciliations. Monitor compliance with taxation laws and liaise with auditors, consultants Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and statutory records. Assist management with budgeting, cost control, and financial planning. Preferred candidate profile Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com). 46 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance. Strong hands-on experience in GST (including reconciliations, data preparation for consultants, and return support) and TDS. Knowledge of Payroll processing Prior experience in the Construction / Infrastructure industry preferred. Proficiency in Tally Prime accounting software. Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and MIS. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Technical Skills Role & responsibilities Supervise STP and related infrastructure works, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with standards. Review and prepare technical drawings using AutoCAD. Use surveying and levelling instruments (Total Station, Auto Level, etc.) for site execution. Prepare and verify Measurement Books (MBs), RA bills, subcontractor bills, and reconciliation statements. Review site measurements, validate quantities with approved drawings, and ensure compliance with specifications. Coordinate with government departments, consultants, contractors, and site teams for execution and documentation. Oversee execution of internal CC/BT/WBM roads and other infrastructure works. Manage daily site activities, labour, and maintain systematic records (LF Books, Site Order Books, DPRs, billing documents). Safeguard and reconcile construction materials to minimise wastage. Support management in cost monitoring, budgetary control, and progress reporting. Preferred candidate profile Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 510 years experience in STPs and related infrastructure works. Proficient in AutoCAD, site execution, and use of surveying instruments (Total Station, Auto Level). Skilled in preparation/verification of MBs, RA bills, subcontractor bills, and reconciliation. Strong knowledge of govt. specifications, quality & safety standards. Experience in execution of CC/BT/WBM roads and allied works. Ability to manage site activities, labour, materials, and documentation. Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
