Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise STP and related infrastructure works, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
Review and prepare technical drawings using AutoCAD.
Use surveying and levelling instruments (Total Station, Auto Level, etc.) for site execution.
Prepare and verify Measurement Books (MBs), RA bills, subcontractor bills, and reconciliation statements.
Review site measurements, validate quantities with approved drawings, and ensure compliance with specifications.
Coordinate with government departments, consultants, contractors, and site teams for execution and documentation.
Oversee execution of internal CC/BT/WBM roads and other infrastructure works.
Manage daily site activities, labour, and maintain systematic records (LF Books, Site Order Books, DPRs, billing documents).
Safeguard and reconcile construction materials to minimise wastage.
Support management in cost monitoring, budgetary control, and progress reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
510 years experience in STPs and related infrastructure works.
Proficient in AutoCAD, site execution, and use of surveying instruments (Total Station, Auto Level).
Skilled in preparation/verification of MBs, RA bills, subcontractor bills, and reconciliation.
Strong knowledge of govt. specifications, quality & safety standards.
Experience in execution of CC/BT/WBM roads and allied works.
Ability to manage site activities, labour, materials, and documentation.
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
