Account Manager – US IT Recruitment & Staffing

About the Role:

US Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for

  Account Management

  and handling IT requirements from

  SI clients,

  leading

  full recruitment cycle

  interview, offer, negotiation and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Responsible for

  Strategy development process

  which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
• Responsible for achieving a

  good conversion

  ratio of submitting into

  interview and placement

  . Must be having

  capability to work

  with a team or individually.
• Responsible for ensuring that recruiting and hiring practices are

  compliant with organizational policies

  , and other

  regulatory requirements

  .
• Responsible for

  tracking key performance indicators

  (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve results.
• Responsible for managing client expectations and ensure high levels of

  client satisfaction

  .

Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience in

  Account management

  within US staffing industry. Must have recent experience in handling

  System Intergator clients

  .
• High-level understanding of staffing solutions and client needs within a

  VMS/MSP

  environment.

• Updated

  about

  technologies

  of the client requirements and knowledge of

  current IT trends

  .
• Strong

  networking, negotiation

  , and

  relationship-building

  skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in

  applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Educational background is highly preferred
