Role Overview: The Account Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving business growth within the assigned territory or segment by identifying new opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales and profitability targets for NewWave’s IT solutions and services

.Key Responsibility: -

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory or product segment. - Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship management. - Meet and exceed top-line (revenue) and bottom-line (profitability) targets. - Expand customer base and increase NewWave’s share of wallet in existing accounts. - Work closely with distributor and principal partners to align goals and ensure mutual growth. - Continuously upgrade sales, technical, and solution-selling skills through regular training and certifications.

Preferred Profile: -

2–6 years of experience in IT Solution / System Integration / Distribution Sales. - Strong client engagement, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. - Self-driven, target-oriented professional with strategic sales planning capability. - Good understanding of partner/distributor ecosystems in the IT industry.

Objective:

To strengthen NewWave’s regional presence by driving high-impact sales strategies, expanding customer reach, and ensuring sustained business profitability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
