Account Manager -Client Servicing (Digital Marketing Agency -eCommerce, Non-Tech & B2B)Location: Jaipur (on-site)

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead and manage key eCommerce and non-tech client accounts. The role involves strategic planning, campaign coordination, performance monitoring, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for assigned clients. Understand client goals and create effective digital marketing strategies. Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution. Track KPIs, analyze performance, and share monthly reports. Ensure timely delivery of tasks and maintain strong client relationships. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Guide junior account team members when required.

Requirements 5–7 years of experience in account management (preferably agency). Experience managing eCommerce and non-tech brands. Strong understanding of digital channels (Social Media, Paid Ads, SEO, Content, Marketplace). Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
