Job Description

We are Hiring aAccount Manager Modernization Salesfor a leading Elevator Brand.

Education: Full Time Graduation

Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Sales of Elevator / Escalator / Lifts / Pump / Pipes / AC / Tiles / Ceramic / Building material industry

Role:

Modernization Sales will be responsible for revenue generation by proposing and procuring replacement/modernization of existing products and being constantly focused on 'Customer Satisfaction'.

Responsibility:

Collecting leads and market information about potential customers
Approaching such establishments (residential or commercial) with elevators looking for either replacement or modernisation.
Understanding the customer's needs
Auditing existing equipment determining on retention of components and gauging financial viability
Makes the sales pitch.
Commercial negotiations and order finalisation
Assisting the Installation team during project execution
Project handover and order closing
Collection of payments
