Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters. Account Planning: Developing and implementing account plans, setting goals, and tracking progress against key performance indicators (KPIs). Reporting and Analysis: Preparing account reports, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to improve client strategies. Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicating with clients, presenting proposals, and delivering presentations to showcase products and services. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving client issues, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Market Awareness: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
