Job Description

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters. Client Satisfaction: Ensuring client satisfaction by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing excellent service. Sales and Revenue Growth: Identifying opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling, working towards achieving sales targets and revenue goals. Internal Coordination: Collaborating with various internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure seamless execution of client requests and projects. Account Planning: Developing and implementing account plans, setting goals, and tracking progress against key performance indicators (KPIs). Reporting and Analysis: Preparing account reports, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to improve client strategies. Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicating with clients, presenting proposals, and delivering presentations to showcase products and services. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving client issues, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Market Awareness: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
