Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters. Your main tasks will include building and nurturing strong and enduring client relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing agreements to enhance profits. Additionally, you will be expected to develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions based on client needs and objectives. Your role will also involve developing new business with existing clients, as well as identifying areas of improvement to meet set targets. Forecasting and monitoring key account metrics such as quarterly results and annual performance will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be required to prepare reports on account status and collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within your assigned territory. In addition, you may need to assist in addressing challenging client requests or escalating issues as necessary. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 2 years of experience in account management.
