Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage client accounts and develop strong relationships with clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Develop account strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and project requirements.
Analyze account performance and provide reports to clients and management.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.

Skills and Qualifications

4-7 years of experience in account management or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
