Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Account Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Pune and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage annual contracts and develop business development strategies.
Build and maintain good relationship-building skills by regularly meeting with customers.
Develop and implement effective project management plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of work experience in the IT/Technology Services Industry.
Strong skills in project management, account management, and business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
A management degree in Sales and Operation from a Premier institute is required.
