Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, handling client inquiries, and resolving customer issues. Additionally, the Account Manager will oversee the coordination and implementation of logistics services, maintaining accurate records, and preparing regular reports. Effective communication and strong relationship-building will be a key part of the day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, and customer service
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
