Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Panaji. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing any issues or concerns related to client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing account activities, coordinating with internal teams, preparing reports, and meeting with clients to discuss their needs and expectations. The Account Manager will also play a role in business development by identifying opportunities to expand services and enhance client engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in client relationship management, client satisfaction, and communication
• Experience in account management, report preparation, and business development
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using account management and CRM software
• Leadership abilities and problem-solving skills
