Key Account Manager - West Region As a Key Account Manager - Sales West Region here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the companys success. In this role, you will impact the company by effectively managing and growing existing accounts, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the companys overall financial success. You will be also focusing on net new accounts /large competition accounts to increase Honeywell PSS AIDC market share. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions will enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen the companys market position, and drive long-term business growth You will report directly to our Enterprise Sales Lead, and you ll work out of our Mumbai location on a hybrid work schedule. You are required to travel as per business needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and grow AIDC Existing key/Named accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships. Hunting net new /large competition accounts. Develop plan to breakthrough in large accounts Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions Identify new business opportunities within existing and Net New accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales ,managing Enterprise Accounts (Non-BFSI) preferably AIDC products with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite WE VALUE Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to changing market trends ABOUT HONEYWELL Honeywell International Inc.
