Job Summary

Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales forecasts and KPIs.
• Generate leads through referrals.
• Cross selling.
• Client compliance (they solve any problems of clients)
• Manage other teams.
• Work with accountants to make sure the delivery happens on time.
• Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services per client expectations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an Online Sales Manager, Sales Team Lead, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of tele sales processes and techniques, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team to achieve success.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset to identify sales trends and opportunities for growth.
• Experience in the finance or taxation industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
