we are hiring for Sr. FP & A Analyst in Hyderabad location.

Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial and operational results to provide insights into performance, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support scenario analysis, cost initiatives, and business cases.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages, including variance analysis, KPIs, and executive summaries.
• Collaborate with business units to understand key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Support strategic projects, such as pricing analysis, new product launches, and capital investment evaluations.
• Assist in the development of dashboards and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, collaborating with accounting and data teams.
• Continuously improve financial processes and reporting efficiencies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, M. Com, CA Inter, CA Finalist, or CA preferred).
• 7 - 12 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights).
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
