Job Title: Acquisition Account Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Acquisition Account Manager to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing property owners, landlords, and real estate partners to drive business growth. Your ability to build strong relationships, negotiate deals, and understand the local rental market will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition: Identify, connect, and onboard property owners, landlords, and developers to Kipinn’s platform.
  • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing property owners to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on local rental trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to optimize acquisition efforts.
  • Negotiation & Closures: Work with property owners to structure competitive rental agreements and onboard them onto the platform.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed acquisition targets, revenue goals, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to enhance service offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 2-3 years in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in real estate, property management, or related industries.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada (Telugu is a plus)
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the rental market dynamics in Bangalore and surrounding regions.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to acquire and manage new accounts while handling negotiations effectively.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Passionate about delivering excellent service to property owners and tenants.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, property listing platforms, and digital sales strategies.
