Account Manager

Job Description: As an Account Manager at DENTAWEB SERVICES, your role will involve handling USA accounts and communicating with the USA office on a daily basis. You should have a strong knowledge of USA accountancy and be able to complete tasks within the provided timeline. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining current and accurate files, recording any actions, and detailed file notes. We are looking for an immediate joiner who is confident in their ability to manage accounts effectively. Responsibilities and Duties: - Handle accounts of USA efficiently - Communicate with personnel in the USA office for daily work requirements - Ensure tasks are completed within the provided timeline - Maintain current and accurate files, recording any actions, and detailed file notes Qualifications and Skills: - Strong knowledge of USA accountancy is a must - 1+ years of accounting experience with small/medium businesses - Proven experience in bookkeeping, finalization of statements, and tax return preparation - Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Experience using cloud accounting solutions including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and Accounting CS, MYOB Desired Candidate Profile: - 2 years of relevant US Accounts Experience - Strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills - Proficiency in US Accounting Knowledge - Comfortable with night shifts Work Location: DENTAWEB SERVICES, Suite 203, Mauryansh Elanza, Nr.Shyamal Cross Road, Satellite, Ahmedabad 380015 Shift Timings: Night Shift (Interested candidates can share their CV to inquiry@dentawebservices.com or can reach us at 8866676766) Education: UG: Any Graduate,
