In this role, you will be the voice of Flatmate.in, helping users navigate the platform, resolving queries, and building strong relationships with our community of users and partners. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Assist users in navigating the Flatmate.in platform and resolving issues related to listings, profiles, or transactions Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Coordinate with internal teams (tech, operations, marketing) to escalate and resolve customer concerns Collect and report customer feedback to help improve our services and user experience Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups Qualifications & Skills: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written) Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented approach Basic computer skills and comfort with online tools and platforms A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn If you're a fresher looking to kickstart your career with a fast-paced, customer-centric company, we’d love to hear from you!
