🎯 Role Overview:

Senior/Junior Sales Account Manager

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand relationships with global carriers, business partners, and enterprise clients,
• Act as the primary point of contact for commercial negotiations and account-related communication,
• Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities and new partnerships within Voice & Messaging,
• Coordinate with internal technical, finance, and operations teams for smooth service delivery,
• Analyze partner performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular business reviews and reports,
• Represent Evolve Tech at international telecom conferences and industry events,
• Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty,

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience

  in telecom (Voice / A2P SMS) account management,
• Proven track record in

  closing deals, revenue growth, and long-term account development,

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate traffic flows and margins,
• Deep understanding of

  global telecom trends, interconnections, and carrier ecosystem,

• Excellent communication skills with a consultative, solution-driven approach,
• Fluency in

  English

  (additional languages are a plus),
• Ability to work

  independently in a remote environment

  across global time zones.
