Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Account Manager role located in Kolkata. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring the profitability, measuring the growth in multiple parameter and matching the statutory compliance. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining day book, bank reconciliation, on-time submission of statutory compliance, resolving client issues, and contributing to strategic business development.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and client account management experience
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strategic planning and business development skills
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounts, Marketing.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
