Accounts Manager - Logistics Startup (Kolkata) Are you an experienced Accounts Manager with a strong background in the logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding industry? Key Responsibilities: * Manage all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, and revenue recognition. * Prepare and publish timely financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet. * Process and file GST returns and handle TDS submissions. * Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting. What We're Looking For: * Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar accounting role within the logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding industry. * Sound knowledge of Tally and other freight management ERP systems. * Demonstrable expertise in preparing Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets. * Proficiency in GST filing and TDS submission. * Candidates with prior experience working on the Indo-Bangladesh Trade route are highly preferred. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
