Role Overview

• We’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager to be the bridge between our clients and our creative-tech teams. You’ll manage key client relationships, oversee campaign execution, ensure smooth project delivery, and identify opportunities to grow accounts through innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and expectations.
• Translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal teams (creative, production, tech, media).
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, developers, and performance teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Proactively identify upselling opportunities across creative, tech, and AI-based offerings.
• Present campaign strategies, reports, and performance insights to clients.
• Coordinate review and approval cycles with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Track campaign performance and share optimization recommendations.
• Ensure all work aligns with Ecultify’s quality standards and innovation ethos.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in account management / client servicing within a digital or creative agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content production, and campaign planning.
• Exposure to AI-driven, AR/VR, or tech-integrated campaigns is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
