Job Description

Role Overview: As an Account Manager at Digital Direction, your primary responsibility will be to prepare agendas for customer calls, conduct strong customer meetings, and identify opportunities from sales calls. You will collaborate with internal resources and support personnel to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Leveraging the broader sales resource eco-system to drive high-impact opportunities and working with urgency through all sales cycle stages to closure are crucial aspects of your role. Maintaining updated sales stages and accurate notes in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, creating and managing account plans, and providing monthly client activity reports are key tasks. Forecasting and committing monthly sales volume accurately, aligning contract objectives with deliverables, attending meetings, fulfilling company training requirements, and maintaining clear, concise, documented communications both internally and externally are essential. You are expected to establish yourself as a Trusted-Advisor to clients on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare agendas for customer calls and identify opportunities - Engage internal resources to deliver exceptional customer experiences - Leverage the sales resource eco-system for high-impact opportunities - Successfully navigate all sales cycle stages to closure - Maintain updated sales stages and accurate notes in Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Provide monthly client activity reports and align contract objectives with deliverables - Attend assigned meetings and company training sessions - Ensure clear, concise, documented communications internally and externally - Act as a Trusted-Advisor to clients daily Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of sales telecom/technology experience - Strong technical skills in voice/data/internet applications and communications technology - Advanced understanding of the telecommunications industry and sales cycles - Self-motivated with strong communication and presentation skills - Experience in selling into large complex Enterprise accounts - Prepared, organized, and planned approach to daily business pursuits - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Effective relationship building and positive communication - Results-oriented, outcome-driven, and works well under challenges - Willingness to travel and meet with clients as needed - Commitment to integrity and a customer-centric approach If you are a successful sales professional with Telecom experience seeking to join a dynamic team in a fast-growing company with exceptional earnings potential, Digital Direction is the perfect fit for you.,
