Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves daily tasks such as developing and maintaining account plans, coordinating with internal teams, handling client communications, and reporting on account performance. The role is based in Ahmedabad, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

Proven experience in client relationship management and business development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and interpret data for reporting purposes
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the human resources industry is a plus
