Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include negotiating contracts, developing strategic account plans, and monitoring account performance. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and playing a key part in business development by identifying growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
Business Development and Strategic Planning abilities
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Proven experience in a similar role within the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
