Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into clear creative briefs for internal teams.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver campaigns that meet client expectations.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality output, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to clients.
• Monitor campaign performance and share insights, reports, and recommendations with clients.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal stakeholders, resolving challenges effectively.
• Oversee account financials – including budgets, estimates, and invoicing – to ensure profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in client servicing/account management within an advertising/creative agency (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and brand communication.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
