Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Gurugram. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and fulfilling client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, handling client communications, and contributing to business growth through proactive account management. Qualifications Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience in technology or deep tech sectors is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in CRM software and tools
