About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and client-obsessed Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll not only manage client relationships but also identify opportunities to upsell, grow accounts, and deliver seamless execution across projects.

This role demands strong ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to turn client needs into long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Understand client objectives and provide proactive solutions through the agency’s services
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow client accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, strategy, media) to ensure timely and quality deliverables
  • Prepare and present reports, performance reviews, and new proposals
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships while improving client satisfaction and retention


Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a digital/creative agency is mandatory
  • Proven experience in client servicing and upselling
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively
  • Comfortable with data, pitch decks, and campaign performance metrics
