Job Description: As a Sales Project Manager at BatteryPool, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new projects and ensuring the successful execution of sales initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Acquiring and securing new projects from existing clients to drive revenue growth. - Managing end-to-end sales project execution, from client engagement and proposal development to deal closure and delivery. - Identifying and executing new projects for existing clients by understanding their evolving business needs and delivering tailored solutions. - Assisting in preparing revenue forecasts and budget planning for client accounts. - Checking in with clients to ensure their ongoing needs are met and challenges are addressed proactively. - Monitoring the profitability and cost-effectiveness of account activities. - Collecting feedback to refine and improve products and account management processes. - Generating and sharing performance reports that showcase the value delivered to client accounts. - Holding quarterly or annual reviews to assess account health, performance, and identify growth opportunities. Additionally, you will oversee the daily operations of battery-swapping stations across multiple locations, ensuring seamless service delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement centralized processes, track key metrics, identify inefficiencies, and lead improvement initiatives. Your role will also involve creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical tasks and utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making. About BatteryPool: BatteryPool, established in 2018, aims to promote the mass adoption of electric mobility in India by offering a technology-driven battery charging infrastructure. Through our innovative retailing business model and patent-pending battery charging hardware technology, we provide 2W EV owners with a charged-battery-as-a-service.
