Our platform combines AI-generated intelligence with a verified decision-maker database, enabling customers to identify qualified leads, refine buyer personas, and build authentic professional relationships. Join our Bengaluru, Karnataka team as an Account Executive to own post-purchase success and expansion.Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and deliver engaging product training sessions.
  • Serve as the primary post-purchase liaison, nurturing strong, trusted client relationships.
  • Drive platform adoption and ROI through proactive check-ins, best-practice guidance, and feature advocacy.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate swift resolution with internal teams.
  • Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to maximize account value.
  • Collect actionable feedback and partner with product and engineering teams to enhance the user experience.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles within a SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with proven relationship-building ability.
  • Proactive problem solver capable of anticipating and addressing customer needs.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred

  • Experience with AI-driven or B2B SaaS platforms and people-intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with customer-success metrics (NRR, CSAT, health scores) and upsell strategies.
