About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Servicing Manager to join our growing activation and experiential marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, a passion for brand engagement, and a proven track record in managing large-scale on-ground activations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working directly with clients, and is capable of overseeing projects from brief to execution.The role focuses heavily on Residential Welfare Association (RWA) activations, market outreach programs, and healthcare-related campaigns, so a background in these areas will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all stages of the campaign.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders by understanding their business goals and aligning campaign strategies accordingly.
- Regularly conduct client meetings, reviews, and performance updates to maintain satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead the development, planning, and execution of 360° activation campaigns with a focus on measurable brand impact.
- Convert client briefs into engaging, insight-led experiential strategies, particularly in the healthcare and mass-market activation space
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and quality to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.
Creative & Market Intelligence
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to conceptualize compelling campaign ideas rooted in consumer insight and local relevance.
- Use research, market trends, and competitive benchmarking to guide campaign planning and help clients stay ahead of the curve.
Vendor & Resource Management
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, venues, and production partners to ensure seamless execution of all activities.
- Leverage your industry network of suppliers, artists, and logistics partners to drive cost-effective, high-quality delivery.
- Oversee on-ground activation teams and ensure execution standards are upheld at every touchpoint.
Business Development Support
- Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support new business pitches and presentations as required, with strategic inputs and activation frameworks.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in client servicing roles within activation or experiential marketing agencies.
- Strong exposure to RWA campaigns, market activations, and ideally, projects in the healthcare sector.
- Experience working with agencies like Candid, Impact Communications, or similar reputed names in the activation industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing project budgets, logistics, production planning, and client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A hands-on leader with a go-getter attitude and the ability to independently manage campaigns across geographies.
