Job Description

The Account Manager at Jawai Rajasthan will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with our luxury hotel clients in Udaipur. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong background in account management, particularly within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with various departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage the account lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling hotel services and packages to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create customized proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and client needs within the luxury hotel sector in Udaipur.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the hotel and expand the client base.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 4-10 years of experience in account management, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Udaipur market and client preferences in the luxury hotel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to track account performance and client satisfaction.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
