Job Description

Accounts & Financial Management:

Oversee end-to-end accounting operations across the organization
Lead the preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with statutory and internal requirements
Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness in financial reporting and account consolidation
Supervise general ledger activities, reconciliations, and period-end closing processes

Taxation Compliance & Management:

Manage all aspects of direct and indirect taxation, including timely filing and compliance with GST, TDS, and income tax regulations
Ensure accurate tax calculations, payments, and documentation
Coordinate with tax consultants and authorities during assessments, audits, and notices
Monitor changes in tax laws and implement necessary updates in internal processes

Audit & Controls:

Facilitate statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing required reports and documentation
Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure adherence to compliance standards

Leadership & Coordination:

Lead and mentor the accounts and tax team to ensure high performance and adherence to deadlines
Liaise with cross-functional departments to align financial operations with organizational goals
