We are a fast-growing export company based in Air Villa, Jaipur, focused on expanding our global footprint through online B2B platforms like Alibaba. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Alibaba Account Manager to join our team and drive international sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Alibaba platform
• Generate high-quality leads and respond to RFQs
• Handle international client communication and follow-ups
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and payment teams
• Ensure accurate documentation and order tracking
• Meet and report on monthly KPIs and targets

Candidate Requirements:

• 2+ years experience managing an Alibaba account (preferred)
• Strong communication skills for international business
• Knowledge of export processes and B2B sales
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of logistics, documentation, and payment handling
