About the Team

As a global expansion team, you will be part of the India GTM function, while partnering closely across multiple global markets. This is a unique chance to be part of a rapidly growing business where you can make an immediate impact by identifying opportunities and closing deals across international markets.

About the Role

As an Account Executive for the US region, you will manage and grow the company's mid-market and SME customers. This is a quota-carrying role, responsible for full sales cycles from prospecting to close. You will drive revenue growth by building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline consisting primarily of SME prospects.

This role involves functional knowledge of sales, marketing, operations, and product, as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to deliver value for clients. The ideal candidate will be a tenacious self-starter who enjoys building businesses from the ground up and thrives in ambiguity.

You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, operations, and strategy, to deliver exceptional value to clients. This role requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable with both strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining a healthy “top” consistently prioritized SME prospects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, operations, and engineering teams to deliver value for clients
  • Execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting, outreach, discovery, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with ANZ prospects
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts, while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas across the ANZ region by consistently prospecting and closing new business
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in sales roles, with at least 3 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience in managing a pipeline of prospects and closing deals
  • Prior experience selling SaaS solutions to global markets (ANZ, US, EMEA, APAC) is preferred
  • Negotiation skills, proven experience in negotiating and closing complex deals
  • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Self-starter, results-oriented, motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in or understanding of the fintech/payments industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
