What We Are Looking For


We are primarily looking for someone who is used to working in hospitality as the position requires understanding of how operations work. You are good with people and have a positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.

You are also comfortable with systems and administrative tasks and with managing a little team and keep them motivated.

This role...


  • To perform day to day Cash and Bank transactions, Bank Reconciliation, Vendor Payments, and any other work assigned by the Finance Controller/GM Finance.
  • To process Cash and Bank payments on time with required approvals.
  • To pass journal and payment entries in Tally software.
  • Should have good knowledge of Tally software and MS office.
  • To prepare bank reconciliation on day-to-day basis.
  • To assist finance manager in preparation of GST returns.
  • To prepare data for TDS, VAT and PT returns.
  • To prepare daily MIS report for Bank collection.
  • To Maintain Petty Cash.
  • Maintenance of high standards of confidentiality.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • Working experience of more than 2 years in the field of accounting, GST and other taxation.
