Intern – Accounts Coordination & Documentation
1. Quotation Management
Update price lists, templates, and quotation formats as needed.
Maintain a log of all enquiries and sent quotations.
Follow up with procurement team for updated pricing, product availability, and lead time.
2. Accounts Coordination
Coordinate with accounts team for invoice status, supporting documents, and clarifications.
Follow up with accounts team for invoice submission, corrections, or missing details.
Maintain invoice trackers, payment logs, and supporting files.
Assist in verifying basic invoice details (amount, tax, PO number, etc.).
3. Documentation & Admin Support
Organize both digital and Hard files for quotations, invoices, and communication records.
Update daily/weekly tracking sheets for the operations team.
Assist in preparing simple Excel sheets for comparisons, summaries, or follow-ups.
Support internal team with email drafts, basic reports, and formatting tasks.
Skills Required
Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
