Account Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Account Executive who will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance including GST and TDS. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, retail-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Record daily accounting entries including cash, bank, and journal transactions. Handle GST accounting, return filing, and reconciliation . Manage TDS deductions, payments, and quarterly returns . Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis and resolve mismatches. Assist in maintaining accounts payable and receivable ledgers. Coordinate with internal departments for invoice validation and payment processing. Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of financial transactions. Support in audit preparations and financial reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance. 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a retail or automobile sector. Strong knowledge of GST , TDS , Tally , and MS Excel . Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations and day-to-day accounting. Good understanding of Indian tax laws and statutory compliance. Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Attributes: Experience in multi-branch accounting operations. Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision with a proactive approach.
