Job Description

As an Accounts Executive at one of Goa's premier luxury casinos, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Your attention to detail and expertise in accounting and finance will contribute to the success and growth of the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, invoices, and receipts. - Prepare financial reports and statements to provide insights for business decisions. - Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings. - Conduct regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow for effective financial management. - Coordinate with auditors, external consultants, and internal teams to facilitate smooth financial operations. - Uphold company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards to ensure financial integrity. **Required Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (Masters degree will be an advantage). - 4-5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, preferably in the hospitality or gaming industry. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST, TDS, VAT), and statutory compliance. - Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office for efficient financial management. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to handle complex financial data. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a proactive and detail-oriented approach for effective collaboration within the team.
